Naša politika velja 30 dni. Če je od vašega nakupa minilo 30 dni, vam žal ne moremo ponuditi vračila ali zamenjave, vendar vas prosimo, da stopite v stik, ne glede na razpravo.

Vračila kupnine ob nakupu prek RimpactMTB.com (če je primerno)
Ko bo vaše vračilo prejeto in pregledano, vam bomo poslali e-pošto, da vas obvestimo, da smo prejeli vaš vrnjen artikel. Prav tako vas bomo obvestili o odobritvi ali zavrnitvi vašega vračila.
Če ste odobreni, bo vaše vračilo obdelano, dobroimetje pa bo samodejno pripisano vaši kreditni kartici ali izvirnemu načinu plačila v 7-10 delovnih dneh.
Zamujena ali manjkajoča vračila:
Če še niste prejeli vračila, najprej znova preverite svoj bančni račun.
Nato se obrnite na izdajatelja kreditne kartice. Morda bo trajalo nekaj časa, preden bo vaše vračilo uradno objavljeno.

Za vračilo izdelka se obrnite na customerservice@rimpactmtb.com za referenčno številko vračila in poštni naslov.
Sami boste odgovorni za plačilo stroškov pošiljanja za vračilo izdelka. Stroški pošiljanja se ne povrnejo. Če prejmete vračilo, se stroški pošiljanja za vračilo odštejejo od vašega vračila. Odvisno od tega, kje živite, se lahko čas, ki je potreben, da vaš zamenjani izdelek prispe do vas, razlikuje.
